Meet the Founder
Hey There! My name is Patti Lewis and I am the Founder of Pioneering Kids. I am a homeschooling mom to 6 amazing boys, ages 9 to 16. We have been homeschooling for 10 years.
My bachelor’s degree is in elementary education and I’ve completed a certificate program for Day Care Directors. I have worked in several educational settings with a specialization in early childhood.
I ran my own family childcare and taught classes for childcare providers. I enjoy time with my family and friends, reading, outdoor activities. Pioneering Kids was born out of a desire to have an all inclusive community for parents and their children with an emphasis on homeschooling.
I’m so passionate about helping homeschool parents go from frustrated and feeling isolated to having options and feeling supported as part of a community. That’s why I’m so excited you’re here.
If you’re parent who homeschool, you might be feeling you’re not doing the best you can for your child. Maybe you’re feeling your child may be missing things such as extra curricular activities and socialization. In other words, you’re really looking for community.
